Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty is an experienced Pulmonologist, Sleep, and Allergy Specialist with over 10 years of clinical practice. He completed his MBBS from R.G. Kar Medical College (2012) and his MD in Pulmonary Medicine from N.R.S. Medical College, Kolkata (2017), where he received the D. Sen Memorial Gold Medal. He also holds a DNB in Respiratory Medicine (NBE, Delhi) and a DM in Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine from Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, New Delhi. Additionally, he earned a Fellowship in Sleep Medicine from the Indian Sleep Disorders Association (ISDA).Dr. Chakraborty is skilled in managing complex respiratory diseases such as COPD, asthma, bronchitis, ABPA, Pulmonary RB , ILD, Sarcoid, pneumonia, and allergic disorders. He has advanced training in interventional pulmonology, including bronchoscopy, EBUS, thoracoscopy, Navigation and Ultrathin Bronchoscopy and cryobiopsy, and has a special interest in allergen immunotherapy (allergy vaccines).A former teaching faculty at N.R.S.
