An Electroencephalogram (EEG) is a non-invasive, painless, and safe test that records the electrical activity of the brain. Small electrodes are placed on the scalp to detect electrical impulses, which appear as wave patterns on a recording. These patterns help diagnose and monitor neurological disorders such as epilepsy, seizures, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, sleep disorders, and certain psychiatric conditions. EEG is also used to study brain function, cognitive processes, sleep cycles, and to evaluate symptoms like unexplained loss of consciousness, confusion, abnormal behaviour, or suspected brain damage in coma cases.
Our Facility:
  • EEG tests performed with advanced digital equipment for accurate brain wave recordings
  • Safe and hygienic electrode placement carried out by trained technicians
  • Specialised EEG studies available for epilepsy, sleep disorders, and neurological evaluations
  • Reports include detailed graphs and medical interpretation by experienced doctors
