Dr. Prasun Sanyal is an accomplished Orthopaedic Specialist with extensive experience in trauma and joint replacement surgery. After completing his Post-Graduation in July 2015, he served as a Senior Resident in the Department of Orthopaedics at R.G. Kar Medical College under the mentorship of Dr. Sunit Hazra, gaining significant expertise in primary and complex trauma surgeries. He was later appointed as Faculty in the Department of Orthopaedics at CMSDH, where he worked for four years and developed a strong interest in Arthroplasty. In 2020, he successfully cleared the prestigious Fellowship Entrance Test and secured the highly regarded FNB Arthroplasty programme at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital & Research Centre, Pune. Under the guidance of Dr. Hemant Wakankar and Dr. Mahesh Kulkarni, he received dedicated training in Primary, Complex Primary, and Robotic Total Hip & Knee Replacement, actively participating in patient assessment, surgical planning, operative procedures, and post-operative care.He is currently associated with Suraksha, bringing his advanced skills and compassionate patient care to the team.
